He completed a residency in family medicine in Charlotte, North Carolina and is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. Dr. Moffitt has special interest in the care of active individuals and sports medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Medical Sociaty of Sports Medicine.
